We just returned from our 5 day golf trip and our rental home (Via Linda) was everything that we hoped for. It is a great location re shopping and restaurants and we played some excellent courses 10-25 mins away. The pool and spa were both heated to a perfect temperature. We would not hesitate recommending this property and we would book it again if available for our next Scottsdale visit.

The Tatum Ranch House was great. A union convention brought me to Arizona. We were a group of guys staying in the house. We had a good time. We had a great place to stay. The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. We used everything including the pool. We used the kitchen to cook a lot. The location was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves!

The Tatum Ranch house was wonderful. It was everything I could have hoped for. We came for my sisters bachelorette party. The house was very clean. The house shows as good as the pictures if not better! Great location for a family weekend or a girls weekend. The house was very close to the grocery store. There was lots of room in the house to spread out. The pool was nice and clean, there was plenty of chairs to lay out on and everybody had a seat in our party which is what we were looking for.

It was a family vacation, we went came out to see out grandparents in Arizona. I would to move out there if I could. The Tatum Ranch house was a beautiful home. Everything was around us, everything was convenient for our family. The pool was very relaxing and our young children enjoyed it very much. They were in there the whole time. The home was well-kept, and very neat. It was in a beautiful neighborhood, we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

This home worked out perfectly for our two families. We had a hard time finding a home that had enough single beds to accommodate a group of 10 until we came across this property. The beds were very comfortable and nicely made. The home itself is very spacious and perfectly located in Scottsdale five minutes from the Mayo Hospital. We were there to visit a family member. We didn't have much time for pool time, but when we used it we had a great time. Very nice home.

I first traveled to Scottsdale last year for business and now returned with family and friends for a vacation. We found this amazing place and going forward will not stay anywhere else. Anyone who knows Scottsdale will greatly appreciate the location. This home is ideal for multiple families since it is so spacious and has a lot of different things to do in the home, from the pool table, TVs throughout the home, spa and heated pool.

Our family celebrated Christmas here, our first time in Phoenix. We really enjoyed the spacious house, pool table, pool and spa as well. The home is also close to shopping and dining. This was a good location to drive to an NBA, NHL and NFL game. The Musical Instrument Museum nearby is a very nice treat. We had a great time and would love to return to this area.

We were blown away by the size of this house. 3800 sq. ft. very clean and beautifully laid out. We took advantage of the pool and the pool table and had a ton of fun. The location worked out very well for what we were doing. I would highly recommend this house.
