Including the guest house, this property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king beds, and the other two with twin beds can be easily converted to a king.

Whether you feel like going out on the town or staying in lounging around, this property is great for large gatherings or families. The couch in the front living room has a built-in recliner, along with cupholders so you won\'t even have to reach over to the coffee table. Central air conditioning covers the main house while the guest house has a wall-mounted unit with a remote thermostat. Enjoy this property outdoors or in by using its ample patio space, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area. A propane grill is also available.

Great weekend getaway for families and friends

I spent my 60th birthday at this property and had the best birthday of my life! It lived up to the cleanliness standards of our family. Everything was well appointed and there was so much attention to detail! We truly felt at home there! The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked as we were able to cook my birthday dinner on the patio. We spent most of our time out on the patio watching the football games. Overall, our family decided this is a rental that we want to do again

We were very pleased with our overall experience at this home. The home had very clear instructions for both check-in and check-out (still waiting for deposit back but don't expect any issues). We did have an issue with the spa jets not working, but they had an electrician come in to complete some re-wiring so the spa was fully operational by day 3 and worked well after that. Rental agency was always very responsive.

Where to start... from beginning to end the experience was excellent in all respects. We were two couples traveling renting a private home for the first time and we could not have been happier. The home itself is beautifully done and super convenient to everything we wanted to see in Scottsdale. The home is immaculate and has everything we needed. The weather was awesome... we were down from the northwest and the weather we left was miserable so the sunshine we arrived to in Arizona was great

It was excellent. This was our first time in Scottsdale, our location was really good. We walked to downtown and to the fashion square mall. The house itself had lots of room for the six of us. We were six guys coming down for football. We spent a lot of time outside, the pool setup was excellent. The house overall and the layout was great. It’s great for a group of people hanging out inside and outside. I liked that it had TVs, the pool table and the big kitchen island. We had great time.

I liked it. The downtown scottsdale house was perfect for our event and what we needed it for. We had a girls trip for a friend who was about to get married. The person I talked to at help desk was really nice. The house was nicely remodeled. The house itself was set up nice. It has a really nice floor plan. It was awesome. The back patio was really good too. The house was super cute.

The property was clean and well stocked for everything we would need. The fact it's walking distance to old town was a huge plus as well. The pool was perfect to cool off in. Would recommend this if you have a couple families or 4-6 guys on a golf trip as no one would need to share a bed then. Overall it was perfect for our needs. The property was easy to get all of the info for through the management team so no complaints whatsoever

I really liked the Downtown Scottsdale House. We had a guy’s trip on labor day weekend. The house location was great, it was close to old town Scottsdale and restaurants. It was a great neighborhood. The house was clean when I first arrived. We also used the pool and BBQ grill . The home has a nice sized pool. It was good! It was nice!

I came here for my bachelorette party, with all my girls and our moms. The Downtown Scottsdale house was beautiful. Everything that was advertised was totally true. We got to walk downtown to restaurants that were just a couple of blocks away, within ten minutes walking distance. Great location for all of Scottsdale’s highlights. It was nice, clean, spacey and stocked with enough beach towels.

I booked this house back on July 4th and honestly forgot to write a review till I wanted to book it again.. This house was incredible in every way possible. Right when I got into the home, the home had passcode locks that the real estate agent had told me he code and it very simple and easy. When we got into the house it was very very clean and was ready for me to come and just relax. The billiards table was such a good addition to the home .
