The kitchen comes with all new appliances, granite countertops, a dual oven, built-in microwave, electric glass stovetops, and provided dinnerware. Step down into the living room and you will see a large flatscreen TV above a marble mantle and wood fireplace surrounded by a comfortable leather chair and an L-shaped fabric sofa with large cushions.

The basement level features an extra bedroom equipped with four XL twin beds that can be converted to two king size configurations. The master bath comes with a walk-in closet with a built-in wall safe, his/hers sinks, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower. Outdoors the built-in gas grill sits in a prime shady spot under a gazebo next to the pool and spa, along with a dining/seating area and a granite high-top table. The backyard has plenty of grass, and the overhanging palm and pine trees provide plenty of shade year round.
