Property Description

This impressive four-bedroom, two-bathroom home sits on a large corner lot with a large grassy yard, a gazebo with a dining area, attached pool and spa, and an available gas grill. You\'ll also find a grapefruit tree in the back, as well as majestic palm trees and a freshly cut lawn in the front yard. As you walk into this lovely property, you will see a living area equipped with a flatscreen TV and comfortable fabric couches on your right, and a gaming area complete with a regulation size pool table that can also be converted into a ping pong table on your left. The gaming area also contains a fireplace and an extra pullout couch.

Each bedroom is supplied with its own TV set. The roomy master bedroom has a generously sized king bed, a ceiling fan, and double doors that allow direct access to both living areas. The spacious walk-in closet has more than enough room for an entire wardrobe. The bathroom has completely redone tile floors and a separate bathtub fitted with air jets. The other three bedrooms have twin beds that can all be converted into a king if so desired. Due to several different bed configurations, this property can comfortably sleep eight people. All kitchen appliances are up-to-date, featuring a glass stovetop, electric oven, redone countertops, and a walk-in pantry. Another bonus to this property is the wet bar and wine rack conveniently situated between the living room and gaming area.

Good place to stay, we had lots of fun in the heated pool. What I didn't like was that the house accommodates for 8 people but the the dining set outside only had 4 chairs, so us as a family of 7 couldn't even have a dinner together. Also the dishes would need an upgrade, especially the wine glasses!! The beds weren't too great either, hard mattresses. Would be nice if they would offer some entertainment as well, TV is terrible, always kept on freezing.... Other than that it's a good place to st

The Avalon house was good. It was clean and everything was good. I came to Arizona for a golfing outing with buddies. The location of the house was perfect. It also had right amount of beds, a lot of places that rent houses say they sleep ten but really don’t have the right amount of beds. This house actually had the right amount of beds. We really enjoyed the Avalon house. We used the game room and the pool. Everything was clean and in working order. The house was well equipped. We didn’t pay extra to get more inventory such as towels, it was all already provided. The location was perfect, my brother lives five minutes away. He was able to go back and forth with ease. It was great. Everybody had a good time in my party. No complaints at all.

I recently sold my house and needed a place to stay, while I looked for a new house to move into. It was hard for me to be on my laptop and not enjoy this beautiful Avalon house. It turned into a work & play stay for me I really enjoyed the shaded area outside by the pool. It was nice to dip into the pool and then sit underneath the cabana and do my work. It was a very clean and well-kept house. I enjoyed being able to watch TV in the bedroom at night before I fell asleep.

Boy were we impressed!!!!! Our very first VRBO experience and we will never go back to hotels again! We stayed for one full week in this beautiful home and EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood with private backyard. We enjoyed the amazing pool at least 3 times a day and they even left pool toys for us to enjoy. Home was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Hoping to rent this home again with the entire family next time!!!!

My husband booked this home for a last minute family getaway and we were very happy with the choice. Our main concern was the backyard because we were traveling with five kids ranging from 8 - 13 years old that were eager to spend time in the pool. This home delivered on all respects. The backyard is very spacious and the pool was very inviting. Only feedback is that the kitchen was missing some supplies, but nothing of major concern.

I enjoyed the location of this home the most. It's conveniently located near grocery stores and freeway access. My friends and I did not use the backyard that much due to he summer heat. However, it's very private and the gazebo is a nice touch. I recommend this place.

We go to Scottsdale almost every year for the last twelve years and everything just keeps getting better each year. We've stayed in this home 4 times and we always try ot reserve it is available. The location is right where we want to be close to the amenities of the town and the backyard is enormous and the kids love the pool. Their older now but they still love the pool and spa. House has everything needed and the layout is perfect, pool gets direct sun.

Golf trip to Arizona five years now and this was the best of the houses we've stayed in. Great location near all the courses we like to play. Home is spacious and on a large lot with lots of yard space. House is very well maintained and was perfectly prepared. Bedding, linens, towels, etc. are all high quality and house has all the comforts of home. Game room with pool table and ping pong is a nice plus as well. Spa and large swimming pool rock! We were all impressed.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Avalon house. This property is a perfect fit for young families- the home is very spacious and the yard is large enough that they can run around for little ones to run around. The pool was lovely and the gazebo a great place to enjoy the evening. We also enjoyed that the property is in walking distance to a grocery store, and of course, Starbucks! I would definitely recommend this property to others.
